In 2019, UNIDO or United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the specialized agency of the United Nations with a unique mandate to promote and accelerate sustainable industrial and economic development, published a guideline titled \u201cInternational Guidelines for Industrial Parks\u201d, a comprehensive reference framework to guide the development of competitive, inclusive and sustainable parks.<\/p>\n

Including in the given reference is the list of required basic on-site industrial park infrastructure and facilities, as well as some more \u201cvalue added\u201d and infrastructure and facilities. The list as cited from the Guidelines are shown in table below.<\/p>\n
